Welcome to the Laduma BizTrack Setup page. In this page, you will find instruction video on how to Download and install the Laduma BizTrack app. We will also show you how to use the app. Please have a look at the videos before installing. If you have watched the video and still struggle, please do not hesitate to contact us on our support number (details below).

!!! IMPORTANT !!!

This updated version of the app will require you to uninstall the current version of the BizTrack app if you have one installed already. PLEASE sync first and when done, please uninstall and then continue the installation process.

Downloading and installing the App

Download APK
  1. Please contact the BizTrack support Number (0218320861) so they can send you the APK file.
  2. Click Open. This will bring up a dialog box where the your phone will warn you of potential unsafe content. Please click OPEN
  3. Next you will get a message telling you that your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source. Click on Settings
  4. Click the slider to allow from this source (Chrome or whatever browser you used to open this page). Press the back button of your mobile.
  5. Now Click the Install button
  6. You might get a popup from Google Play Protect asking to send the app for a security check. You are welcome to do so, but this might take up to 48 hours before the app will be allowed to be installed on your device. Therefore, click on Don’t send
  7. After Installing, Click Open.

App Permissions and why?

1. Allow Notifications:

BizTrack will alert you of any important information like when you receive a message from the back office, leave approvals, when you left the store without ending a visit, etc. This will make your life easier if you allow this.

Please say Allow.

Physical Activity
2. Allow Physical Activity:

If your phone has got the sensors to detect physical activity (accelerometer, gyroscope, GPS, and magnetometer) this permission will be requested. It will help BizTrack to turn off the gps when you are not moving and save battery.

Please say Allow.

Location Permission
3. Allow Device Location

Certain activities like starting your day, starting a visit, taking a break, resuming work after a break and ending a visit all require GPS location. 

We require that you will choose the option to Allow all the time.

This is there for your own benefit. Should you leave the customer and forget to sign out, BizTrack will remind you.

4. Appear on top

This permission will allow BizTrack to remind you of important tasks while the app is in the background. If you forgot to check out while on your way home and using Whatsapp, BizTrack will Appear on top of Whatsapp to remind you to check out. After checking out, you can continue as normal and BizTrack will not bother you again.
