Create and Track Customer Complaints

Customer complaints is the way your customers are trying to tell you that something is not working as good as what you would have wanted. They still want to do business with you, otherwise they simply would have stopped buying. Therefore, keeping track and managing customer complaints can be extremely helpful.

With BizTrack, we allow you to log a complaint for a specific customer. These complaints will be assigned to a person you indicate in the company settings (complaint manager). This person can then re-assign the complaint to someone who should take action to resolve the complaint. If no action is taken within 3 days another email will be sent out to remind the assigned person about the complaint. Once the complaint is handled by the person, he will indicate the solution and close the complaint which will then in turn notify the complaint manager as well as the person who logged the complaint. Finally, the complaint manager will need to approve the solution offered before the complaint will be marked as handled.

A complete history of all complaints and responses are kept and reporting available.
