BizTrack’s issue tracking module has been designed to help you solve issues quickly by assigning them to the best person to sort out that issue. We also help you keep track of these issues and holding the responsible person accountable for issues assigned to them.

These issues can vary from something that require urgent attention like an out of stock situation at a customer, a customer’s order that will not go out because they are over credit limit or simply a request to send a catalogue to the customer.

A flag will be created for a specific customer with the issue at hand. While creating the flag, the user can assign it to the person who is most likely to be able to solve the issue. An email will be sent to the user who it was assigned to notifying them as well as a flag being created in their BizTrack account. When they respond to the flag, a complete history is kept and the person who created the flag will be notified. If any issue is not resolved after three days, a reminder will be sent to the person responsible. After 5 days, the person assigned to be the flag handler will be notified of the issue not being resolved.
