Call Cycles

Call cycles will allow you to setup schedules for your merchandisers and/or reps. Recommendation are also being made from BizTrack about which customers should be seen when based on the customer rating and when last they have been visited.

Everyday the users will know exactly where they need to be. You can also set from the backend how far the user can be from the customer before they can clock in/start the visit. This is confirmed by Geo-fences. All missed visits (if the user was sick or did not get around to it) will be marked (detailed call cycle reports are available) and can be moved to another date/user ensuring the important customers are not being missed.

 

Create tasks/actions for your reps

This feature allows you to create various repetitive tasks that will remind a rep about actions they should perform during a visit. This can range from reminding them to get a specific order or for them to mark the visit (for record purposes) that they did a specific promotion or build a display.

These tasks will be recorded in the CRM so that you can refer to these at a later stage.

Place orders and returns

This feature allows your reps and merchandisers to place orders or do returns for a customer from their mobile device. These orders and returns can be integrated into EDI systems and a complete order and return history is kept. They can also view past orders and returns to enable them to do repeat sales or simply upsell the customer.

Capture Images & Photo Galleries

BizTrack’s photo function (Including photos from surveys) and galleries make it so much easier to keep track and store images that is important to you. No need to send images on WhatsApp groups and then later spending hours sorting those images for reporting. BizTrack can automatically send the images to the relevant WhatsApp group after BizTrack has stored the images.

All images are available in our gallery with complete filtering available to find the relevant image that was taken at a specific store on a specific date for a specific activity by a specific user.

We also have a dynamic gallery available where you can set the rules for which images needs to be added to that specific gallery (Date Range and tags). When ever an image is tagged with that specific tag and falls in that date range, BizTrack will automatically add it to the gallery. These galleries can be shared with third parties and are updated every 10 minutes. This should save you hours of creating photo albums for your principals.

Customer History (CRM)

In the history section you will see all previous comments that was added to any visit or call made by any of your team members. This functionality will ensure that customers do not get phoned and asked for an order when your Rep already got one for example.

These notes can also be very helpful to remember what was said during a previous call like someone else should be phoned for an order this week. We also found it very helpful if someone got sick and the customers needs to be helped by someone else.

Complete Surveys / Audits

Whether you need to complete an audit for a third-party supplier, check customer satisfaction or create a work report, this feature can help with this. 

Our Survey functionality allow you to design surveys to achieve exactly what you want. We cover different question types (text, number, photos, multiple choice, etc), routing to questions based on user answers, scoring of answers, etc.
