Question types

The question types that can be setup in BizTrack’s survey functionality should allow you to get the right information. Questions types have been split into different categories to assist with the user experience. They are: Question types allowed for the Mobile App and question types allowed for our Web Application

Scoring and Routing

Each of the questions in BizTrack allow you to allocate points based on the answer a user gives. This will allow you to quickly see the overall score of a survey / audit that was completed.

We also allow you to setup routing based on the answers given. By setting up routing, you can determine what will the next question be based on the user’s answer. By doing this, you will help the user skip irrelevant questions and save time on the overall survey / audit.

Tags, Messages and Tips

We will also allow you to tag certain types of question which will help with automation of certain tasks like sending WhatsApp’s and storing images.

You can also give recommendation messages to your users after they have answered the question or give them tips on what will help them achieve more points before they completed the questions.

Question Attachments

We have also added a section where you can upload attachments from the back end to assist the user. This can be images, pdf documents, etc.

We found this especially helpful to assist the user. For example – if the user needs to comply with a planogram, you can attach the planogram so they can see what is required of them.

Targets

Setting targets on questions and including this in the reporting is also available (compliance). We have developed this function so you can set your expectancy on a question like: “Does this store have the new Product?” and set a target of how many stores you want to have this product.

Targets can be set for 3rd party companies, users and chains.

Reporting

We know that it is of no value to acquire all the information and not have detailed reports. 

We can give you anything from excel reports, automated reports when a survey is completed through to a detailed drill-down reporting tool on the data.
